Terms & Conditions

“Mayuree Villas ” is the company that is offering

residential properties such as villas short-term rentals to Guests or Customers under the brand name Mayuree Villas, We, Our, and Us in a given context.



Property/ies Means and includes villas and service apartments that are leased by Mayuree Villas from their owners, where Mayuree Villas and the owner have Lessee - a Lessor relationship. It also includes the non-leased villas and service apartments which are taken by Mayuree Villas on a short-term basis.




Guests refer to the guests who make a Booking of Property/ies through our Booking Channels. Guests may be referred to as you, if you're in a given context.

Online Booking Channels

Online Booking Channels shall include UPI (Google play Phonepay etc)

or Netbanking. Any payments will only be accepted only after the "Guest verification"

Guest verification


For the Guest to make a booking/ reservation through our Booking Channels, it is mandatory for Guests to present valid photo identification at the time of Booking. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card.

The payment process will only be initiated once the guest verification process is completed.


Check-In is the scheduled date and time from and after which Guests can start staying/

using the 'Property'.



Check-Out is the scheduled date and time on which duration of stay of Guests end and

they will be restricted from using/staying in the Property for any further time.

Late check-out: Guests are given a total of '20-minute grace period', after which late checkouts are charged (5% of the villa rate).

Booking Period


The booking Period is the period between scheduled Check-In and scheduled Check-Out.

i.e. Period which start at scheduled Check-In and end at scheduled Check-Out.

Booking Confirmation


A booking is confirmed when the total payment amount of the guest's chosen property has been received by the company.

A booking confirmation message is initiated

Security Deposit: A security deposit is a refundable charge which is refunded back to the guest at the time of checkout

(also subject to other policy late-checkout, property damage.etc)

Peak Days/Peak days cancellation policies


Includes long weekends, festive dates including but not limited to Diwali,

New Year, and Christmas on these peak days the prices tend to increase from usual.

Noise: Our villas are situated in residential gated areas so we do not encourage *Loud Music* but Bluetooth speakers are allowed.

Cancellation of Booking on Hold


When Booking is in Booking on Hold status as described herein elsewhere, if the total Booking Amount is not received by Mayuree Villas on specified due dates, as a result of this default on part of Guests, the said Booking shall stand canceled, as per the standard cancellation policy of Mayuree Villas.

Mayuree Villas  is entitled to the right of canceling Booking kept in Booking on Hold status at any time before the dates specified

Booking Confirmation


Once Booking is Confirmed, Mayuree Villas shall issue confirmation “Booking Confirmation” intimation to Guests, which entitles Guests to Check-In subject Property on the dates of Booking.

Guest Issues


The guest must understand and agree that Mayuree Villas with all reasonable efforts provides and posts realistic pictures of the Property. In case the description or depiction of the Property is materially inaccurate with respect to the size of the Property as per the Guests, Mayuree Villas shall not be held responsible or liable.
During the Stay of the Booking, if the amenities like decks, pools, hot tubs, bathrooms (toilet/shower/bathtub), kitchen (sink/stove/refrigerator or major other appliances), and electrical, heating, or air condition systems are not present as displayed in the pictures on our Booking Channels or are not functioning properly or if the Guests are not satisfied with cleanliness including but not limited to clean bedding, towels, etc. or if the Guests come across issues related to insects, unpleasant odor, or any deficiency of services and amenities like electricity, gas, water, swimming pool, wifi, medical box, electronic appliances, etc. at the Property “Guest Issues”, Guests shall bring the Guest Issues to the notice of Mayuree Villas in writing or via telephone or WhatsApp and provide us with information (including photographs or other evidence) about the Guests Issues within 12hours from the Check-In a time of the Guest. Mayuree Villas shall make its best efforts to resolve these Guest's Issues but it shall not be held responsible or liable if the Guest's Issues are not resolved in due time. Guests shall agree that Mayuree Villas shall not in any way be liable to refund or compensate the Guests in case the Guest Issues are not resolved. The decision of Mayuree Villas in all such matters will be final.

Damage to Property


As a Guest, you are accountable for parting the Property in the condition it was in when you Checked-In. You are liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide a right of entry to, the Property.


If the owner of the Property claims and provides evidence that Guests have damaged the Property or any personal or other items at Property, the owner can escalate such damage claim, Mayuree Villas may act as a mediator on case to case basis, and the Guest shall cooperate and provide correct and true information when you will be given an opportunity to respond. In case you don’t respond to the damage claim as requested by the owner or Mayuree Villas, Mayuree Villas shall be free to take appropriate legal action against you.

Cancellations and Refund




Relocation/Rescheduling Policy


Rescheduling charge along with the additional charge is applicable depending on the request, every time the booking is rescheduled.

Relocation by guests is subject to availability and chargeable (depending on the type of property).

Confidential and Personal Data/Information


Mayuree villas have the right to not provide their services to some guests.

This decision comes under the companies internal decision.


No Liability

Guests understand and agrees that Mayuree Villas  is only an online and offline booking platform and the extent of liability of Mayuree Villas  will be as follows in the following situations:

In case of any accidents, fire, hazard, injuries or death(s) caused due to any reasons including but not limited to some fights/ quarrel between two or more Guests or between Guests and caretakers of the Property, or Guests and owner or any other emergency situations on the premises of Property caused by or to the Guests, owner, caretaker or any third party

Financial Details


You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit/ debit card details or other financial details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit/ debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned/ obtained by you. Mayuree Villas will not be liable for any credit/ debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise will be exclusively on you
